Claim: Bear doesn't use mud to keep mosquitoes away, and should have.

In Costa Rica, Bear doesn't once make mention of the time-honored tradition of applying mud to your skin to keep mosquitoes away when repellants are not available.[1][2][3] It requires no fire, no particular plants to burn, or anything -- just common mud. A mix of mud and ashes is also a home remedy for existing bites.[4][5] On the downside, the mud in some places can be itchy in its own right.

[edit] Analysis

Oppose: mud does not keep mosquitos away. they are attracted to the carbonmonoxide in your breathe. i assume it would only really prevent them from penetrating your skin

Support: Same difference. And it's dioxide, not monoxide.
Support: And isn't the goal to keep them from penetrating your skin any way? Sure they're annoying but the annoying itchyness and the deadly diseases come from the bite. And Carbonmonoxide is toxic and kills you. If they're being attracted to that you have better things to worry about.

Oppose: The claim is that it keeps mosquitos away, it does not, you're changing the claim to "it keeps them from penetrating your skin/stinging you" (and he did mention that in another episode).

Neutral: As has been pointed out before, mosquitoes are attracted to the carbon dioxide exhaled by animals. Carbon monoxide should not even be part of this discussion.
