In this episode Bear encounters an intense wind storm. The wind storm is fabricated though, Bear acts like he's struggling to stand in the wind and sounds of strong wind gusts are dubbed in, but you'll see the string-ties on his jacket's hood are dangling calmly straight, not getting blown in the wind.
