Location unknown. Hand drill even though coal went out, looks as though the process of getting coal was faked, once again you cannot see the creation of the coal and there was BARELY any smoke and poor technique.

Quick sand also had to be fake (i.e. created by helicopter delivery of water), as there was no vegetation growing around the quicksand hole!
