Aptera Motors originally claimed that the Typ-1 would have a keyless entry system, but this hasn't been confirmed in some time. No keyholes have been seen on the Mk-1, nor any keyed ignition. The system would most likely have a RFID fob that uses encryption to prevent someone from 'cloning' the card.
