Motorcycles are not required to go through this, but Aptera Motors has opted to conduct crash testing anyways.

"Pre-production" vehicles are being (or will be) built that will be used for road testing, and for some real crash testing this summer (2008).[1]
Aptera has said that they have worked with CD-Adapco and ABAQUS to conduct simulated crash tests[2], and the results have been very good. They plan to verify their computer simulations with the real-life crash tests. CD-Adapco software is mainly used for aerodynamics, but can also be used for crash testing[3], while Abaqus softare is what BMW uses for digital crash tests.references/crash_migration_auc05_bmw.pdf
